We want you to love your Cotton Candy LA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
